President Uhuru Kenyatta Monday travelled to Kuwait for a three-day-official visit to attend the 3rd Afro-Arab Summit. The summit which was attended by over 65 Heads of State aims at among others, strengthening Afro-Arab trade ties. Here is the president's verbatim speech during the summit:
Let me begin by conveying our condolences to the Government and the people of Lebanon following the shameless terrorist attack. We in Kenya understand your pain and stand in solidarity with you.
