Governor Joho, Ngirici risk law suit over Sh6 million chopper debt

Flex Air Charter, a flight company has issued Mombasa Governor Hassan Joho and Kirinyaga Woman Rep Purity Ngirici with a five-day ultimatum to settle a Sh6 million debt or face a legal suit.

In a letter written by lawyer Donald Kipkorir, the firm that rents out aircraft, has demanded that the two leaders clear their outstanding debt owed to it within five days failure to which they will sue them.
