KWALE COUNTY: The mother of 14-year-old Kwekwe Mwandaza, who was shot dead by police last month, now wants a court to issue an arrest warrant for the officer who shot her daughter.
Umani Zani, through her lawyer John Khaminwa, said investigators at Kwale Police Station were reluctant to apprehend the officer.
