Kisumu, Kenya: Communications Authority of Kenya (CA) closed down a radio station in Kisumu during a crackdown on stations operating without licences.
Officials from CA accompanied by the police, arrested two radio presenters and confiscated apparatus belonging to Sky FM, a local radio station which transmits in local language, Dholuo.
