Kenya: Kenyans on Friday flocked twitter, a micro blogging site to react to a story in the people newspaper linking DP William Ruto to Sh28b hospital scam.

Commenting on the story under the #WhatRutoShouldSteal, they suggested all manner of things the Deputy President should do.
