The new Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) Mr Noordin Mohamed Haji took over office on Tuesday 3rd April 2018 in a low-key event where he promised to be fair to all.

He took over from over from Keriako Tobiko who was named Environment Cabinet Secretary.
