NAIROBI, KENYA: Ethics and Anti- Corruption Commission (EACC) on Friday recommended the closure of files for three cabinet secretaries and Nairobi Senator Mike Sonko.
The three Cabinet Secretaries include Felix Koskei of Agriculture, Energy’s Davis Chirchir and Transport’s Michael Kamau.
