Federation of Kenyan Employers targets counties in speeding up service delivery

ELDORET, KENYA: Federation of Kenyan Employers (FKE) will decentralize its service in a bid to expedite service delivery at the Counties.

FKE Chief Executive Officer Ms Jacquline Mugo speaking in Eldoret town said they are looking forward to working with the County Governments and will soon open an office in Uasin Gishu County.
"We are also working with bodies like KenInvest to create investment and business environment and we hope that it will make the greatest impact to the Counties “said Ms Mugo.
National Industrial Training Authority (NITA) Director General Paul Kosgei who also attended the event said that they are soon going to set up training institute in the County that majorly targets the youth and further will provide industrial attachment which will equip them with skills that will make them good employees.
Uasin Gishu Deputy Governor Daniel Chemno said the devolved unit is looking forward to working with the federation in order to achieve goals they have towards pushing the welfare of the employees.
