Smartphone brand Oppo officially launched the F11 and F11 Pro range of high-end smartphones in the Kenyan market.

The F11 series features a 48-megapixel (MP) image sensor to provide users with an improved night photography experience.

In addition, the phone boasts an uninterrupted full-screen display with software and hardware upgrades combined to improve battery life, gaming performance, and user experience.

The phone has also received an upgrade on the battery performance with the F11 series equipped with a 4,000mAh battery that is 25 per cent higher than the previous generation.

“The brand new VOOC 3.0 flash charging technology leverages a new FFC algorithm, shortening charging time by 20 minutes compared to the previous generation, which means the F11 series can be charged within 80 minutes,” said the company.

The Asian phone maker has increased its appetite in the Kenyan market as is seeks to reap from rising smartphone usage in the country.

Recently, it also announced that its first 5G smartphone had successfully passed 5G CE tests as Kenya awaits for the 5G services to become available to consumers.
