Pay TV firm StarTimes Media has unveiled a reward programme that will see subscribers enjoy an upgrade to a higher bouquet at no extra cost.

Subscribers will also get bonus airtime upon renewal of their monthly subscriptions to a bouquet of their choice.

The firm said in a statement that this was aimed at growing its subscriber retention rate while extending benefits to the dormant ones.

The StarTimes vice president, Mark Lisboa, said for every subscription made on the Basic bouquet, customers will enjoy a week-long automatic upgrade to the Classic bouquet, while for every Classic Bouquet subscription, they will enjoy a week’s access to the unique bouquet at no extra cost.

“We continue to enable more and more households across Kenya to enjoy affordable digital television since we established our operations in Kenya five years ago and are committed to growing our service offering,” said Mr Lisboa.
