Internet boost for schools as Communications Authority of Kenya kicks off fund with tender award.

 More than 800 secondary schools across the country are set to be connected to the Internet by the end of this year. Communications Authority of Kenya (CA) awarded the first tender of the Sh4 billion Universal Service Fund.

Chairman Ngene Gituku said the Sh836 million tender has been awarded to three firms.
