Internet-driven courier-on-demand services company, Sendy, has now launched its services in Mombasa.
The launch follows successful launches in Nairobi and Kisumu, where the firm is pioneering the use of mobile phones and Internet apps to offer a new model to courier services.
Sendy is on a mission to unlock Kenya's potential through the power of technology and partnership by connecting small businesses with drivers to make delivery simple and transparent across Africa through a mobile app and web platform.
"This initial launch phase includes trucks, motorcycles and tuk tuks with over-night, door-to-door delivery options," said the firm's CEO Meshack Alloys. -Mumbi Kinyua
