By Beauttah Omanga The decision by Eldoret North MP William Ruto to present himself before the International Criminal Court’s prosecutor Luis Moreno-Ocampo has drawn mixed reactions from Kenyans even as a human rights body denied having coached witnesses to implicate anybody. Cherangany MP Joshua Kuttuny insisted on Friday that sources informed the suspended Higher Education Minister that he had been implicated by some witnesses forcing him to meet the prosecutor to verify the same.
