You may be experiencing difficulty in the purchase of electricity tokens and payment of bills.
This is due to a system hitch, the Kenya Power and Lighting Company (KPLC) has said.
In a statement on Friday, May 26, KPLC notified its customers of the challenge caused by a 'system hitch'.
