Grenade attacks kill four people in Burundi as elections loom

Bujumbura, Burundi: Grenade attacks in Burundi's capital Bujumbura and a northern town close to President Pierre Nkurunziza's home village killed four people on Sunday night, police said, as parliamentary elections and a presidential vote approach.

The attacks are the latest in a string of assaults in the African nation which is facing its worst political crisis since an ethnically fueled civil war ended in 2005.
