In a publication in The Standard newspaper dated 19.02.2016 titled: "Revealed: New names in Sh2 billion NYS deals," we published a story that Transcend Media was amongst companies that had benefited from NYS scandal through its Director Peter Lai Muthoka.
Transcend Media has since brought it to our attention that the said statement was incorrect and that it was lawfully awarded a tender by the then Ministry of Devolution and Planning and that it never benefited from questionable deals with NYS.
