IEBC's delicate balancing act of vital logistics in polling stations

The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) will on Tuesday next week conduct elections that could see about a million people directly involved as electoral officials and poll agents.

Apart from the more than 500,000 IEBC staff and security officers, there will be about 300,000 polling agents, thousands of observers and journalists that have been accredited to oversee the elections.
