Lawyer told to respond to AG in property case

A lawyer seeking to be the executor of a Sh100 million estate of a missing Belgian widow has been given 14 days to respond to the Attorney General's application to join the case.

The state law office wants to be enjoined as an interested party in the case where lawyer Hari Gakinya seeks to be the executor of the property of Dysseleer Mireille Lesoipa who has been missing since October 2018.
