Two suspects were on Tuesday arrested by officers from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations(DCI) at the Thika Road Mall attempting to flee with a stolen vehicle.
According to the DCI, the two, Kelvin Mokaya and Moses Alimlim, are linked to a stolen motor vehicle, a bunch of assorted car keys and alarms.
