Man denies killing girlfriend and throwing her in gold mine

Two days later, neighbours discovered the woman’s body inside a pit situated in Ihaji’s family land and just 20 metres from his house. They arrested Ihaji and handed him over to the police. An autopsy report revealed that the tongue had been removed, eyes gouged out and ears chopped off. Ihaji was granted a Sh500,000 bond with a surety of similar amount. The case will be heard on June 11.
