A court has ruled that three of four suspects accused of being behind the 2013 Westgate Shopping Mall terror attack have a case to answer.

Nairobi Chief Magistrate Francis Andayi yesterday freed Adan Dheg but put Ahmed Abdi, Liban Omar and Hussein Mustafa on their defence.
