A Chuka court yesterday declined to grant bond to a man accused of leading a syndicate stealing motorcycles in Embu, Tharaka Nithi, Meru and Isiolo counties.
Jimawin Kinyua, who was said to have been hiding for the last one-and-a-half years, was arrested in Isiolo on October 4 and charged with robbery with violence and handling stolen goods.
