The County Assembly’s Budget and Appropriations Committee has expressed concern over slashing of Sh46.3 million from the budget due to poor revenue collection.
Committee chair Robert Ireri said the county had not met revenue collection target. He regretted that this is hurting the county economically and called for speedy action to remedy the situation.
