Fate on Wavinya petition against Mutua to be known in February

Machakos residents will on February 9 know whether they will go to a by-election.

Justice Aggrey Muchelule, who was hearing a petition filed by former Kathiani MP Wavinya Ndeti (pictured) challenging Governor Alfred Mutua’s victory in last year’s General Election, revealed yesterday after hearing the final submissions by all the lawyers.
