President Jacob Zuma warns against formation of unconstitutional government in Zimbabwe

Johannesburg: South African President Jacob Zuma has confirmed that Zimbabwean President Robert Mugabe is under house arrest but he is fine after talking to him.

South African President Jacob Zuma expressed hope on Wednesday that there would not be unconstitutional changes of government in Zimbabwe after the military seized power in Harare.
