The shadowy Hessy wa Dandora has his gun pointed towards a suspect named Brian Kigonyi alias ‘Master wa Kutoka’ and his two colleagues.

Hessy, believed to be a group of police officers, said on Wednesday at 3 pm that, Brian together with two others and armed with pistols shot and injured one of their partners in a deal gone sour.
