Rachel Shebesh concedes defeat to Esther Passaris

Rachel Shebesh has accepted defeat in the race for Nairobi County Woman Representative.

This is after IEBC provisional results showed that her opponent Esther Passaris was in the lead with 53.23 per cent of the total votes against Rachel’s 43.15 per cent.
