Hessy mystery deepens as he guns down other two notorious thugs

The mystery of the most dreaded cop who is on a mission to finish crime in Eastlands region has deepened as two more thugs are gunned down.

The undercover police has decided to fight the increasing wave of crime using new tactics that have given the notorious thugs in Eastlands a sleepless nights.

The cops mostly operate in hotspot areas in Eastlands where crime is very high.
They will first warn the thugs and ask them to reform, then secretly pursue and murder them in cold blood.

After gunning down yet another suspected female thug known as Marsha Minaj alongside his male accomplice in a house in Patanisho area, Mr. Hessy has yet again posted another photo on social media of a suspected thug who goes by the name 'JIMKO'. He claims to have killed him.

“I talked of Wamwaris stage- Dandora phase one, some thought I was joking, JIMKO is nomore right now !!! Sasa wewe KIMASS na wengine ambao mko na tabia ya kuhangaisha wenyeji hapo WAMWARIS STAGE, watch ua steps....... *censored* mtajua....” he posted.

Hessy has vowed to finish all criminal activity in the city especially in Eastlands. In less than a month, he has killed around five youths who he alleges to have been engaging in crime. However, a section of those who have been warned by the cop are accusing him of killing innocent people in the name of fighting crime.

Hessy has released a list of thugs who they are pursuing in relation to crime in the area. The officer explains that they know all these criminals and have given them time to reform yet a good number of them go on terrorising members of the public.

He further said that they have talked severally with these thugs but they don’t take him seriously hence the need to use them as an example to others.

“We all know these guys, but we are keeping quiet and assuming everything is in order yet innocent people suffer in the hands of these thugs. If you find it hard for you here, Nairobi, better pack your belongings and go back home than risk your life because I am after you. I will only rest after all of you are dead. I have talked, talked and talked but you still do the same thing I tell you not to do,” posted Hessy.

Meanwhile, Fred Ouma Okendo has voiced his concerns saying that these young girls need counseling and rehabilitation, not the bullet. According to him they are products of a difficult childhood, broken families, abusive parents, and orphans and really need care, attention, and love.

“We should not criminalise actions of those with psychological issues. Most States in America have stopped taking those with drug-related crimes to jail and have opened rehabilitation centres for them. An example is the state of Tennessee. This is the way to go in a Country that cares for its people,” said Okendo.
