NASA reaps big in West Pokot

Opposition Coalition National Super Alliance has reaped largely in their West Pokot rally.

NASA, led by presidential flagbearer Raila Odinga and running mate Kalonzo Musyoka, took to a massive voter campaign in the area, in a bid to garner their well sort after ’10 million’ votes.

Odinga, with great assistance from other principles hopes to have a Jubilee- free West Pokot, which he yearns would be his ticket to his long ambition into presidency.

“The promises by Jubilee are empty and vain, and now they claim they want to subsidize secondary tuition fee, did they have to wait all these five years?” echoed the energetic leader.

NASA has been on a nationwide campaign to garner the coalition an upper hand of votes come August 8.

The coalition seeks to oust incumbent Jubilee government, banking majorly on issues of offering security to Kenyans, creating employment of the jobless, offering free secondary education and bringing changes to what he terms as the punctured devolved government.

“We are the ones who brought in devolution and we are the ones that can handle it perfectly well,” said Raila

On matters concerning the parallel tallying of votes, Odinga claimed NASA would have five point men at the tallying center, to minimise vote rigging.

“If we will have to hold a night vigil, we will, but on that day we will have five of our people on guard, lest we fall victim of rigged results,” said Raila.
