Joyce Laboso proposes return of County Development Boards' bill

National Assembly Deputy Speaker Joyce Laboso has proposed the return of the Senate Bill calling for the setting up of County Development Boards.

Dr Laboso, who recently won the Jubilee Party ticket to run for the Bomet governorship said for an all-inclusive leadership, the bill famously known as Sang Bill should be brought back.
