Major General George Owino won the annual Johnnie Walker Golf Championships at Nakuru Golf Club over the weekend after posting 41 stableford points. The handicap 20 hit 21 points in the first nine and 20 points in the second nine to walk home with the coveted prize. "I came with a purpose to win this morning (yesterday) and thanks to my teammates who also played a part in my victory," said Owino, as he appealed to officials to invest in the youth.
