Maureen, a breast cancer victim, was blackmailed by her husband into the swinging trend because he believed she owed him for all the money he had been spending on her medical expenses.
“It all started one evening at a barbeque party at a friend’s house. My husband and our hosts who are also interracial decided that we should swap partners. I thought it was exciting but now it has become a habit. The other day, he said he is happier this way and that I owe him for taking care of me when I was sick,” Maureen told The Nairobian. At the moment, they are living as housemates and her husband has even upgraded to bringing other women home.
