Mother appeals for help to trace missing baby

A family in Eastleigh, Nairobi, is appealing for help to trace a child who went missing close to two weeks ago.

Samiiro Maxamuud who is one year and four months old was playing outside their home when she suddenly disappeared around 1pm.

Her mother, identified as Owlia Mohamed, said she had recorded a statement at the Pangani, Buruburu, Majengo and Shauri Moyo police stations about her daughter's disappearance but she was yet to get any feedback.
