Bandari has embarked on a recruitment drive in search of quality players ahead of the start of the 2017 Premier League in February.
Team’s Media Liaison Officer Mohammed Abdulrahaman confirmed the signing of midfielder Michael Luvutsi formerly with Thika United for two years.
“Bandari need a skilful midfielder and signing of Luvutsi is a major catch,” Abdulrahaman said.
Meanwhile, former Harambee Stars head coach Twahir Muhiddin has made a comeback to the team six months after he was relieved of his duties as the head coach.
Muhiddin has been appointed as the Technical Director and joins Ugandan tactician Paul Nkata who was last week appointed as the new head coach.
The Ugandan coach who previously handled Nairobi City Stars and Muhoroni Youth for six months each last year before joining Tusker in January this year is accredited for guiding Tusker to winning the Kenyan Premier League title. Nkata was named the Coach of the Year after guiding Tusker to league glory.
