Elgeyo Marakwet Senator Kipchumba Murkomen (Left) and gubernatorial aspirant Bernard Chepkulei chat after election of interim Jubilee Party officials at Iten. Murkomen noted that his name is being tarnished as it is being dragged into the National Youth Service (NYS) scandal.
