Implement truth report, Raila tells President Uhuru

CORD leader Raila Odinga has dismissed President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto as incapable of ending historical injustices as they were part of the problem.

The Opposition chief said the two had failed to implement the Truth Justice and Reconciliation Commission (TJRC) report.
