This is the first time in the history of Kenyan education system when pupils and students are forced to stay away from school for a very long period of time. In the past they used to stay for less than two months and then they would be back to school. They ought to embrace the culture of reading, not necessarily reading what pertains to their syllabus but they can decide to read novels in order to boost their linguistic skills.
