Isaac Ruto: Transfer all functions to counties before deadline expires

Governor Isaac Ruto has asked the national government to fast-track the transfer of all devolved functions to the counties before the expiry of the constitutionally stipulated transition period.

Ruto said as the transition period comes to an end, counties should be in charge of all devolved functions and their requisite funds as laid out in law.
