A Narok court has ordered the arrest of a business tycoon who is charged with causing extensive damage to an aircraft worth Sh15 million while it was airborne.
Narok resident magistrate Zainabu Abdul yesterday ordered the Narok North Deputy Criminal Investigation Officer Achilles Omondi, to arrest the accused, Divani Raji and produce him in court on February 23.
