Designer in court for trying to ‘sneak bhang into State House’

NAIROBI, KENYA: A man who allegedly attempted to sneak bhang into State house, Nairobi, has been arraigned in the Kibera Law Courts to face charges of being in possession of narcotics.

Brian Kimani Wahu however refused to take a plea before acting Senior Principal Magistrate Bernard Ochoi yesterday.

Kimani, who is a website designer, was accused that on June 3 at State House, he was found in possession of 17 rolls of bhang.

Ochoi said the man appeared to be sick as he could not respond to the questions posed to him yesterday.
