How to behave in a queue

You have probably come across those people who queue behind you for a few minutes at the bank, then excuse themselves, “Niko nyuma yako”, and find a comfortable chair in the corner. When you are almost at the counter, they return to the queue, sparking arguments with everyone behind you. How annoying!

Queuing for a long time is frustrating, more so if you have somewhere else to go. Thus, as you queue, keep in mind that everyone queuing with you feels the same.
