Killed for wetting the bed: Uncle jailed for beating nephew, 3, so badly ‘it was like he’d been trampled by horses’

LONDON: An uncle who battered his three-year-old nephew to death for wetting the bed has been jailed for life and told he will spend at least 17 years in prison.

Ben Igbinedion, 44, flew into a rage after finding Daniel Evbuomwan had soiled the sheets – leaving him with injuries ‘consistent with falling from a tower block of being trampled upon by a stampede of horses’.
