Should I abort to prove my love?

My partner and I were shocked to find out that I am pregnant despite having been on the pill for two years. About two years ago, I got pregnant by another man and aborted because he was unable to take care of the baby. I regret that decision. My current guy told me he does not want anything to do with the baby and will leave me if I keep it. I love him and don’t want to ruin his plans. What should I do?
