Foreign and Diaspora Affairs Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi has condemned the brutal attack on a Catholic church in Komanda, northeastern Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
The massacre occurred on the night of Sunday, July 27, during a night vigil attended by worshippers at the church, leaving more than 40 civilians dead including nine children.
