KAMPALA: A Ugandan maid who was secretly filmed beating a toddler has pleaded guilty of child abuse and now faces upto 15 years in jail when she will be sentenced on Wednesday.
The 22-year old maid, Jolly Tumuhiirwe on Monday pleaded that she tortured the baby, in a case that shocked the country after a video of her abusing the child was made public.
