Human beings are very funny creatures. They will complain of anything provided the opportunity presents itself. If they are students will criticize institution's administration for any flaws. Funny enough a student will complain right away from form one to form four. He won’t change the school but will just be comfortable lamenting how the school principal is unable to produce good results or the school having incompetent staff while the same student is struggling with a D+ (plus) grade.
While we think that it is the role of those in leadership to bring change and provide solution to problems, it is prudent if we take charge and instead provide solutions that can help tame the problem for once and for good.
