A man in Khasoko village, Bumula constituency in Bungoma County is nursing wounds after he was roughed up by irate residents who caught him stealing kales (Sukuma wiki).
It is alleged that the young man surnamed Ouma, was yesterday evening at 8.00 pm caught red handed in his neighbor’s kales farm plucking which was half full sack by the owner who raised alarm and neighbors responded quickly.
