They say love can compel human beings into doing some gruesome things as an assurance and manifestation of their love. A lover in kisii town shocked his girlfriend for his rare but shocking present. This follows his decision to present two pieces of obsidian rocks from Nakuru where he works as currently.
According to the man, he opted for the rare rock due to his love for his girlfriend. “My love for Anne drove me to choose these rare rocks as a present” notes the Kisii man.
He further adds that people have been offering obvious presents and as a one way to break the monotony and curve niche for him he had to go for obsidian rocks. “It is common for people to go for obvious presents like flowers, cards, dress among many. I wanted to break this monotomy” says jovial man.
His girlfriend upon seeing the present was very surprised. “At first I was surprised because it is not a normal thing. I am honored to be loved as such” said the girlfriend.
The man has hogged the limelight in his village for his strange present and wherever he passes people stare at him in surprise. The incident has left many residents in surprise as for ages lovers have been known to offer obvious presents but not rocks.
