MP wants Ngilu given back job to process titles

Igembe North MP Joseph M'eruaki has appealed to President Uhuru Kenyatta to reinstate Charity Ngilu as Lands Cabinet Secretary now that she has been cleared of any wrongdoing in the Waitiki land saga.

Mr Eruaki said the Lands ministry had been deprived of an energetic leader and issuance of title deeds had also slowed down in Ngilu's absence. Eruaki was speaking in Naathu, where he and three other MPs issued 11,000 title deeds to residents.
