Embattled Assembly Speaker Anne Adul yesterday said she will today move to court to file contempt charges against three Members of the County Assembly (MCAs) and three other assembly staff who blocked her from reconvening sittings.
Attempts by the Speaker to preside over House sittings yesterday were thwarted by the MCAs immediately she alighted from her car outside the House chambers.
